Inclusive/Exclusiveness
If this is going to work then I assume that all buyers should be able to access the information. I appreciate that they may not wish to get involved but believe that it would be wrong to exclude anyone.
I'm a complete novice at this but my feeling is that if we adhere to the rules of the forum then we should be able to deal with any issues that arise via the Administrator/s.
I appreciate that forums of this kind sometimes attract negative comments - even conflict of interests. Currently, I am posting this to guage a response and also to see how easy it would be for novices to start a thread.

I'm not sure why this is grouped under Legal Issues.

Re: Inclusive/Exclusiveness
I would say only buyers and others if requested by buyers get access as moderator and non-buyers (so everybody) either just able to read stuff or no entrance at all. This last is up to you, I believe in tranparency, because you don'n know who will receive the password from a buyer anyway.
